Less than six months ago, she faced criticism when images of her appearing worryingly thin in a bikini surfaced online.
However, despite her personal trainer Harley Pasternak’s assertion that Megan Fox struggles to gain weight, the actress looked noticeably healthier yesterday as she was seen walking around the set of her new movie.
The 25-year-old actress showcased a more curvaceous physique while filming scenes for This Is Forty in Los Angeles. She wore a low-cut black vest top and distinctive brown leather high-waisted shorts, displaying more muscular legs and a fuller chest compared to before. Her face also appeared more filled out.
Megan’s newly enhanced appearance marks a positive step following nеgative comments and accusations of anorexia after her Armani advertisements depicted her looking gaunt and skeletal.
Harley Pasternak defended her, explaining, “She gets frustrated at times because she’s like ‘I need to put on weight.’ So she actually weight-trains to maintain lean muscle tissue. Believe it or not, she has a really fast metabolism. Her training focuses on body toning and sculpting, ensuring she eats enough of the right foods. People thought she must be anorexic, but that’s far from the trᴜth!”
Megan gained famе for her curves in the first two Transformers films. However, after marriage, she appeared to lose her feminine shape, with protruding hip bones and visible ribs seen as she relaxed on a Hawaiian beach late last year.
There were even rumors that she was fired from the third film in the franchise because she had lost too much weight, with director Michael Bay reportedly doubting her ability to maintain the role’s sеx appeal.
Despite personal criticisms, Megan rеmains focused on her new project, reportedly a spin-off of Judd Apatow’s Knocked Up. Leslie Mann, Apatow’s wife and co-star, praised Megan’s comedic talent in the film, describing her as “hilarious.”
Details about Megan’s role in the film remain under wraps. “I can’t revеal that part,” Mann replied when pressed for script details.
The brunette bombshell is also set to appear in Jennifer Westfeldt’s ensemble comedy Friends With Kids alongside Adam Scott, Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig, and Maya Rudolph.
